My 2025 Growth Marketing Tool Stack (That Actually Works)

I spent $40,000+ on Tools last year. Here’s What I Actually Recommend

Howdy 🤠

Last year I spent $40,000 on tools.. YES, $40,000 💸

Last week, one of my clients asked me what tools his team should be using for marketing and growth for his company. So I thought why not this week, share a list of tools I recommend.

Personally, I’ve spent way too much on tooling, tested hundreds of marketing and tools, and honestly? Some were absolute game changers, while others... just a waste of money.

So, to save you the time (and frustration), here’s my ultimate tool stack for startups that want to scale - without the fluff.

For me, I pick tools that are:

  • Easy to use

  • Affordable

  • Let you move fast

  • Scalable

Everything here is widely used by tech founders, startups and us at Roveir. Think of this as your marketing and sales tool stack.

Sometimes it might be hard to choose the right tools, but remember keep it simple, pick tools that will grow with you and look for integrations. Don’t forget, these tools are here to make your life easier, so don’t overcomplicate your stack!

I hope this helped you out. If it did, email me back and let me know a tool you learned about which you didn’t know.

Lastly, I’ve now helped over 40 founders with growth marketing (GTM Strategy, User Growth, Funding, B2B Sales ...) - if you’re looking for help with scaling your startup, reach out and let’s chat.

Thanks,

Harsh
