Your Startup’s Secret Weapon in 2025: Founder Led Growth on LinkedIn

People trust people and here's what you should be doing this year for your startup...

Hi there,

Hope you had a great valentines day! And if not.. don’t worry, at least I’m here for you. 🤜 🤛

Now let’s be real, when it comes to growing your startup, the connections you build with customers, investors, and partners are CRUCIAL.

And in 2025, the best way to build trust isn’t through corporate branding, it’s through you as the founder.

Today, I’m going to show you how to get started, some tips and tools you can use!

Check out what my posts just got this week…

Just a few weeks after I began publishing on LinkedIn every day, one of my posts went viral, receiving over 37,000 impressions in a single week. In addition to increasing traffic to Roveir, these posts resulted in 4 new partnership calls. 🤯

How did I manage to do this? This is founder-led growth, and here’s how you can start too. Let’s talk about it 👇

What is Founder Led Growth? 🤔

Ever notice how some founders seem to effortlessly build trust, attract customers, and land partnerships, just by showing up on LinkedIn? That’s founder led growth, and in 2025, it’s a trend you definitely don’t want to miss out on.

At its core, founder led growth is when the founder becomes the face of their company’s growth strategy. Instead of hiding behind a brand logo, they actively engage with their audience by sharing insights, telling stories, and building direct relationships that drive business success. In a world full of AI-generated content, authenticity wins.

When a founder actively shares their expertise and personal connection they:

  1. Attract customers & investors

  2. Close deals

  3. Open doors that traditional marketing can’t

  4. Build trust with potential customers

  5. Create inbound demand

If you’re still wondering if building on founder growth on LinkedIn actually works, just look at the impact it’s had on real businesses. Some of the biggest success stories on LinkedIn didn’t come from ad spend or polished corporate campaigns, they came from founders who showed up and built real connections.

Check out Justin, Alex and Amelia. They’re all crushing it on LinkedIn right now 🤯

Okay, there are tools and strategies that can help you, but FIRST - JUST START.

People crave insights. They want to hear about your strategies, lessons, growth hacks, wins, and even failures. Your journey is your content, and people are more interested in it than you think.

Let’s get you started: Here’s What To Do 💪

  1. Post at least once a week. There is always something to talk about that happened during the week. A win, a lesson, a hack discovered, an update! Ideally you should get to a daily post cadence.

  2. Comment on industry posts to engage with your audience and build your network by connecting with other professionals.

  3. Don’t be afraid to get personal! Sharing wins and lessons help build that trust through transparency.

  4. Use LinkedIn Creator Mode to build visibility quicker.

If you need another example within reach, check out my LinkedIn. I post 3-7x a week myself!

The secret? Authenticity. People can easily identify generic, AI-generated content, so avoid using them. You'll be shocked at the possibilities that present themselves if you show up and share your story.

I’m Busy and Don’t Have Time To Post.

The Tool I Use - Automate Content

As a busy founder myself, I’m stuck all day in client calls, team meetings, demos, or sales calls… my time is spent on Zoom all day. I created this app where automatically you can get LinkedIn posts from your TRUE insights on the calls you’re already having.

We’re currently in Beta, but if you’re interested, you can apply for Early Access. Just send me an email back to this, and I’ll get you set up. Or you can apply here.

If you just shared a LinkedIn post, reply back to me so I can engage with this.

If you’re new here, I’m the founder of Roveir - where we help founders scale their companies with growth marketing.

Some of my recent wins:

I hope you have a great week! If you did something special for Valentine’s reply back and let me know (I need ideas for next year)

Thanks,

Harsh

P.S. I’ve started, and trust me… it works.
